Summary

Performs a variety of duties relating to the patient and the environment, including clerical duties and receptionist in the Emergency Department. Reporting all patient observations to the nurse in charge.
 
Education and Formal Training: High School graduate or equivalent. CPR certification within six months of hire date.
 
Work Experience: Prior experience preferred but not required.
 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Some knowledge of nursing measures used to provide personal hygiene and comfort. Ability to physically, mentally, and emotional perform activities involved in this position. Communication/telephone skills; possesses a sense of responsibility; initiative, and ability to follow directions accurately. Excellent customer service skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
